Early Bird Pool Margin Update

Hi Delegator,

BIRD pool is now officially saturated, unfortunately with over 70m currently staked this means delegators stand to earn ~9% less in rewards.

In line with Saturation Protection we are ramping up fees on BIRD to 5% until this stuais resolved.

Please migrate to our new pool VS1 as soon as possible, it is set to 0% fees and well under saturation.
