Early Bird Pool Pledge Update

Hi Delegator,

Pledge for BIRD pool has been decreased from 500K to 200K.

Change will be effective in epoch 234, we'll be migrating the 300K to support the our new pool VS1 as it is only has a couple of million ADA staked.

This decrease in pledge will not have any impact on rewards for BIRD pool.
