Our block producer and relay nodes are hosted with OVH and Hetzner, both are major global players in the hosting industry.

We know by going with OVH and Hetzner that our hardware and network infrastructure will always be available when we are selected to mint ADA.

We use a mix of bare metal and cloud servers across multiple providers and geographical locations to ensure 100% availablity via redundancy, our mixed infrastructure setup also enables us to instantly and easily scale up to meet any spikes in demand - when goguen?

Not only are all our services reduntantly supplied but they are also electronically monitored 24/7 and will trigger alerts the second they fail to respond.

You can see our block producers uptime on the pools status page, the only time it should be down is when we upgrade to the latest version of the cardano node software and even then it shouldn't be down for more than a couple of minutes.
